Seven Bonde warrants each product against defects in materials and workmanship under standard commercial use, for the original purchaser, from the date of invoice. No registration required — your invoice is your warranty record.

Not Covered
- Material character — brass patinas, leather softens, wood varies by piece.
- Normal wear, including textile fading, pilling, and abrasion.
- Indoor-rated products placed outdoors.
- Damage from cleaning outside published care instructions.
- Products modified or reupholstered by others.
- Damage from storage or relocation after initial delivery.
- Transit damage, which is a carrier claim: note visible damage on the delivery receipt and report concealed damage within five business days of delivery.
Remedy & Claims
Confirmed defects are resolved by repair, replacement, or parts, at Seven Bonde’s option, with standard ground freight covered within the contiguous US. To file a claim, send your invoice number, SKU, quantity affected, and photographs to warranty@sevenbonde.com within the warranty period and within thirty days of discovering the defect. Claims are acknowledged within two business days.
Terms
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser acquiring new product directly from Seven Bonde or an authorized dealer, and is not transferable. Repair or replacement does not extend the original term, and any service provided beyond the obligations stated here does not enlarge or modify this warranty. Samples and floor models are sold as-is.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, SEVEN BONDE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE REMEDIES STATED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE. SEVEN BONDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. WHERE AN IMPLIED WARRANTY EXISTS AS A MATTER OF LAW, ITS DURATION IS LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD ABOVE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS; WHERE PROHIBITED, THEY DO NOT APPLY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY BY JURISDICTION.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. This document supersedes all prior warranty statements. Effective date: July 1, 2026.
